Hello and welcome to this week’s newsletter.
Today is very bitter sweet for me.
We are celebrating my son’s birthday and we had a baby shower for my daughter and we found out today that my husbands grandmother (92) passed away.
It feels like the cycle of life, celebrating life and also the passing of a life.
All the happenings of today puts things into some perspective for me. What you think is important and what you spend lots of time and effort on does not really matter when you die.
You can’t take any belongings or achievements with you when you die.
So I want to leave some questions with your today to ponder.
In the great scheme of things, what is important to you? Are you giving your energy towards it? What are you waisting your energy on? And last question, what can you do this week to steer your energy towards what you really want?
Life and death puts things into perspective. If you need to, change your perspective by detaching from everything in front of you to see the bigger picture.
All the best,
Michelle xx
